Ive been intuitive since childhood, always sensing the quiet places where the body and spirit speak.

My path into healing wasn’t linear — I first trained as a beautician but quickly realised I was meant for deeper work. Reiki found me soon after, opening the door to energy medicine and expanding my intuitive sight. During healings I was led toward herbalism and naturopathy, shown the plants and insights that would eventually become the foundation of my work.

For over 20 years I’ve worked in the natural health field, weaving together naturopathy, earth medicine, and energy work. My approach is gentle, intuitive, and grounded — nurturing and supporting clients as they move through their own healing journey.
